Your prepaid order was cancelled before dispatch.
Your prepaid order could not be fulfilled.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method wherever possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds may be processed through a bank transfer or another suitable payment method agreed upon with the customer.

Non-Refundable Items

Used or opened perfumes, except where a verified defect applies.
Products damaged through customer misuse or improper storage.
Items returned without prior approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Customers may request a return after delivery if the product meets the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is due to a verified error on our part or where otherwise required by applicable law.
